Victoria has been an entrepreneur in the subscriptions and memberships space for over two decades. She was one of the co-founders of Melcrum, an advisory and training business providing thought leadership and services to the top communication leaders in global organisations.

Since she sold Melcrum to CEB (now Gartner) in 2015, Victoria is now a board advisor to and investor in a number of subscription businesses. She’s also a co-founder of Kademy, a membership business providing advisory, training and development to global communication teams.
