Andy has spent many exciting years in the media business: in his career Andy launched Origin Publishing, the highly successful specialist media business which became part of BBC Magazines, led the MBO team that bought out part of that business from the BBC before completing a deal for it to become part of Immediate Media, took a senior role within Immediate running its children’s, specialist and live events businesses and now leads the hugely talented team at Our Media. In that time Andy has learnt from many successful people, tested his skills and entrepreneurialism and experienced the thrill of seeing his businesses flourish: all of which has strengthened his belief that what really defines a successful organisation is its ability to create a brilliant environment which attracts the very best people and enables them to do their very best work through collaborating with those around them. Most of his focus now is helping to create just that, because from that, great things happen!
